4. Sale of Services

We offer phone call consultations only, billed at the rate listed at the time of booking.

All payments must be made in full and in advance to secure your appointment.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your consultation with 24 hours’ notice for a refund.

If you:

• Cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, or
   

• Miss your appointment
   

your payment is nonrefundable.

By booking with us, you agree to this policy.

 

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and complete information
   

• Not upload, send, or attempt to transmit confidential juvenile records, including any documents protected under Welfare & Institutions Code § 827
   

• Only provide summaries of information as needed
