Refund Policy

California CPS Defense - Refund Policy

At California CPS Defense, all consultation fees must be paid in advance to secure your appointment. Because our services are time-based and scheduled, the following refund policy applies:

 

1. Cancellations With 24 Hours’ Notice

You may cancel your consultation at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund.

To cancel, you must contact us using the method listed in your confirmation email.

 

2. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)

If you:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, or
     

  • Do not attend your scheduled consultation
     

your payment is nonrefundable.

This policy exists because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

 

3. No Refunds After Services Are Provided

Once a consultation has occurred—whether partial or full—no refunds will be issued.

 

4. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Reschedule requests made within 24 hours are treated as a late cancellation and are not eligible for a refund.
