I am not your attorney for your CPS case, and I do not appear in court, contact CPS on your behalf, or provide legal representation.

The information you receive:

3. Scope of Services

 

The consultation may include:

This service does not include:

    •    Reviewing confidential CPS records

    •    Court representation

    •    Contacting social workers, attorneys, or providers

    •    Writing motions, letters, or legal documents

    •    Giving directive legal advice

 

4. Confidential Documents

 

Do not upload, send, or share restricted or confidential juvenile records, including documents protected by Welfare & Institutions Code § 827.

 

Any documents you choose to voluntarily describe must be summarized without attaching or transmitting the actual confidential records.

 

5. Accuracy of Information

 

The guidance provided depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that your descriptions and details are truthful and complete.

 

6. Fees and Payments

 

Consultations are billed as follows:

    •    $350 for the first hour

    •    $250 for each additional hour

 

All fees must be paid in advance in order to secure your booking.

 

7. No Guarantees

 

No outcome is guaranteed.

CPS cases are complex, and results depend on factors outside of this service, including court discretion, agency decisions, and your participation in services.

 

8. Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable.

 

9. Consent to Proceed

 

By booking this consultation, you confirm that:

    •    You understand the limited scope of this service

    •    You agree that no attorney–client relationship is formed

    •    You agree not to upload or send confidential juvenile records
